1. What kind of products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of personalized gifts including photo keychains, printed mugs, t-shirts, bottles, pillows, and more – all made to capture your special moments.
2. Can I customize my gift?
Yes! Most of our products can be customized with photos, names, or special messages. Just upload your details while placing the order.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days across India. Custom products may take a little longer to prepare before shipping.
4. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We accept returns for non-customized items within 7 days. Customized products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
5. What if my product arrives damaged or wrong?
If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily replace it. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
6. Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we only deliver within India.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept prepaid payments only via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. COD is not available.
