At Custom Gifting, we take pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality gifts. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — so here’s how we handle returns and refunds to make things right.
✅ Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only for non-customized products under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, in its original packaging
- The item was damaged during shipping or incorrectly delivered
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for customized or personalized products, including items that feature:
- Names, messages, or personal photos
- Made-to-order designs
Since these products are specially made for you, we cannot resell them.
🔁 When We Offer Refunds or Replacements
You are eligible for a refund or replacement only in the case of:
- A damaged product received
- A wrong product sent
To process your claim, please email us at hello@customgifting.in within 7 days of receiving the product and include:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- An unboxing video (if available)
This helps us process your request faster and verify the issue.
💸 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If your return is approved due to damage or a wrong product sent, Custom Gifting will cover the return shipping costs. We’ll arrange for a pickup or share further instructions with you.
💳 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
