We strive to display products as accurately as possible. Due to variations in device screens and the custom nature of some products, slight differences may occur.

For customized items, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of provided text, images, and details. We do not accept returns for customized orders.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on www.customgifting.in are in INR (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We accept prepaid payments only via secure third-party gateways. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. Payment information is not stored on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within India only.
Delivery estimates:

  • Non-customized products: 5–7 business days
  • Customized products: 5–7 business days (production time included)

We are not liable for courier delays or issues caused by incorrect address details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for non-customized items if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is damaged or incorrect

Customized products are non-returnable.
